Using Teambuildr software, HPS delivers individualised, easy to follow programs that fit in with your schedule. Our instructional videos and ongoing consultation ensures you’ll achieve optimal results at a fraction of the cost!
HOW IT WORKS
After your free, over the phone consultation you will receive your personalised program through the Teambuildr app. Using sport science principles, your program will be individualised based on training age, injury history and work/life schedule to achieve optimal performance and injury prevention benefits. Your program will change every 4 weeks to ensure ongoing athletic development!
