Using Teambuildr software, HPS delivers individualised, easy to follow programs that fit in with your schedule. Our instructional videos and ongoing individual and group consultation ensures you’ll achieve optimal results at a fraction of the cost!
HOW IT WORKS
After your free initial consultation you will receive your personalised program through our free app. Using sport science principles, your program will be individualised based on your sport, training age, injury history and work/life schedule to achieve optimal performance and injury prevention benefits. In most cases, your program will change every 4 weeks to ensure ongoing athletic development.
