How do I get involved?
Getting involved with HPS is easy! To request a free, no obligation initial consultation, simply fill out the contact sheet at the bottom of the home page and one of our coaches will be in contact with you shortly.
How can HPS help when injured?
Unfortunately injuries are a part of playing sport at any level, however with HPS rehab programs local athletes can return to sport faster and in better condition than ever before. Once assessed by a physio, your HPS coach will provide you with a progressive, individualised reconditioning program that is modified weekly based on your progress.
Is it possible to CHANGE OR upgrade my package?
YES! You can update your package at any time simply by emailing alistair@highperformancesquads.com
Is this suitable for someone who has never lifted weights before?
YES! HPS programs are suitable for all levels of fitness no matter how much experience you have in the gym. Your coach will tailor your program specifically to your lifting ability.
If my schedule changes can I change my workout days?
YES! If you want to train on different days, simply contact your coach and they will modify your program to best fit your schedule.
Does hps offer programs for non-footballers?
ABSOLUTELY! Whilst we have a large number of local footballers in our football squad, HPS offers sport specific programs for a range of sports as well as General Fitness Programs for non-athletes. Simply fill out the contact sheet at the bottom of the home page for more information.
